To put it short; there are few things I hate more than laziness. Laziness tends to overshadow every part of a person; from habits, to hygine, to lifestyle. Some people legitimately need help. Others live to be supported by the rest of the world. Maybe there is a point that enough negative things break a person and hope is completely gone. But what of the young; those who havent lived long enough to be hopeless.... Will we forever coddle them for a day without us into a world that will have no regard for teaching its lessons far more efficiently.
The Bible warns against laziness many times, as does it many things.

4. Proverbs 12:27

5. Proverbs 26:15

6. Ecclesiastes 10:18
If a man is lazy, the rafters sag; if his hands are idle, the house leaks.
Anyway, laziness is usually pretty obvious. You can see it in one's posture. Every step they take, it hangs off them like thick wet mud saturated with stagnate water. Oh yes, it has an odor too. I was never allowed to sleep in as a kid; maybe good or bad. The ole man always said if the sun was up, you should be too. (Glad he never lived in Alaska) If it beats you up; you're late. Sure everyone needs a day off; but some have more off than on; that's the problem. I am always willing to help a working hand so long as its not being sat on at the time.
